2004 Ford C-MAX oil warning light

oil light staying on for period until engine warm then occas. flickering on for seconds when turning or braking . oil levels perfectly normal .

Sounds like a faulty oil pressure / level switch .Take it the oil and filter have been changed as per service schedule ?
