2017 Ford C-MAX display says switching of radio to save battery on my c max

have recently had starting problem with keyless entry and starting system. main car battery has been fully recharged at ford main dealers,who have also changed batteries in car keys. after using radio for ten minutes without engine running wireless switches off and display in car says switching off device to save battery.

That happens on other cars as well as Fords , just the way they are designed to operate .

Check , test battery , charge or replace , dependent on test results Could also check alternator charging rate , two minute test
