2004 Ford C-MAX engine starts then cutsout ,wont start again

Car: Ford C-MAX
Year: 2004
Variant: automatic
Categories: Engine & Drivetrain
In the morning car starts first time then cuts out, will not start unless you spray brake cleaner fluid into air filter this ccan last up to aweek then saame occurs.
Had rac diagnostics done and it showed 0 pressure at fuel pump, had new fuel pump fitted, car lasted two weeks and tthen problem started.
Took to ford garage who said could not find problem but it looked like a problem they had when car was first manufactured, they were quite vague. Any ideas?.

Frist suggestion is stay away from the morons you've been getting to test it!!
As you've found out zero fuel pressure doesn't always mean a faulty pump.
The pump can't be at fault if brake cleaner gets it to run.
Get a professional diagnostic guy in.
But purely guessing from your description if it were here with me I'd be looking at the live data to see just what temperature the ECU is reading from the Coolant temperature sensor.
