2014 Ford B-MAX open bonnet warning comes on despite bonnet safely closed

Whilst driving the “Bonnet Open” sign appears on the dashboard. When stopped I have checked that the bonnet is safely closed. Is this a sensor problem & how much would it cost to repair?
