clutch pressure drops when pedal held down, car gets stuck in gear,brake pedal is hard and have to put handbrake on and turn off engine to reset if I can get it out of gear ,is this clutch or master cyl

Check if any sign of brake fluid leak at master cylinder or drop in fluid at reservoir but may be clutch wear also , or both .
