Ford B-MAX windscreen wash doesnt work

Did your " mechanic " test the pump was faulty and it was receiving power before fitting new one ? Did he check the fuse for the pump ? Hi thanks for replying. He said he has checked the fuses, and the pump was dead . New pump hasn't made any difference. He thinks it could be an electrical fault now. Car going back in on wednesday....

Hi problem solved at last....it was the body control module. Apparently the kids must have kicked the clip under glove box....all working and back to normal now
