Over heating

car starts ok after running for about 5 mins starts to get hot and water starts to come out of the filler bottle new head gasket 12 months agow + therm +water pump

It's possible the coolant filler cap isn't pressurizing properly.

You can probably get one for a few quid from Unipart/Partco type place.

Check where the cap tightens on to for damage also.

If this doesn't fix it I dare say it might be Head Gasket again - did you get it skimmed last time?

What does the coolant look like? rusty sludge or signs of oil or nice and clean?

Head Gasket test is quick and easy. My local garage did mine for the price of a beer.
