can anyone give me a rough idea what it would cost to replace a catalytic converter, and is it possible to get one second hand, thanks

i would say roughly starting at a 100 upwards you would proberly get one from a scrap yard if the havent weighed them in if you went to some were like andrew pages the sell allsorts of stuff like that very reasonable i dealt with them before on problems with them try that
