whisling noise when cold, gets louder with throttle, goes when warmed up

where is the noise coming from,is it whistling or screeching noise?

Could be alternator noise or belt noise ?

seems to be coming from engine but cant pin point it as only does it when moving, once warmed up seems to stop, but now over heating heater blows warm then cold

dont know as noise there when moving not when stoped, also she has started to over heat, heater blows hot then cold
