Heater blower not working

2002 Fiat Punto sport

just purchased for my lad fiat punto 02 plate
the heater fan doesnt work taken out and powerd up worked fine put back in car checked voltage was going to fan but wont spin tried re earthing without any success. would really like some advice on how to fix

it may have a seperate resistor fitted for fan speed

changed the resistor still not blowing any ideas also bridged the black earth wire and checked the fuses.

Hi guys I am having the exact same problem as described. Did you ever get to the bottom of this or get a workaround for it? Took the motor out and tested it and getting a voltage at each turn of the heater dial at the connector to the motor.
