i had a new battery fitted yesterday because i lost all power in my old one but today i was driving only five miles and my battery seemed ok but went to start the engine and it would not start thenit started up after a couple of minutes drove it back home and then lost all power nothing worked and engine cut out again

Did you get battery tested to see if it was faulty ? Was the engine turning over when it wouldn't start? When you say it lost all power , do you mean nothing happens when you turn key ? Really need more info .
