2000 Fiat Punto keeps cutting put and starts for a second and cuts out again

hi, i have a fiat punto which was running fine. it has cobra alarm imoboliser fitted before my ownership. recently it cuts out while derving.and wont start..if i will reset the imoboliser then it will start for a second and will cut out again..

after a wile it will start and run ok and then back to square one..

got new heasd gasket,new timing belt,and serviced too..
can some one help..

sounds to me like it is the alarm the is at fault go on the internet and find the nearest cobra service place and have it inspected as it could be faulty or not wired correctly for the car
