2014 Fiat Punto engine runs but no instrument clusters working

Problem occurred after wiring in active subwoofer by splicing into speaker cable on loom. Now I have no instrument clusters working ie: fuel gauge, speedometer, temperature gauge.

Check if you have blown any fuses .
