Fiat Punto when door opened alarm goes off and the immoboliser is activated

Car has been stored for 2 yrs. When I unlock the door the alarm and the immoboliser are activated.
I have changed the battery and it has not made any difference.

I changed the car battery.
The 2 blue keys are not key fobs. I have never had key fobs and it as not been a problem before

Try pulling a battery terminal off again and waiting for 10 mins , sometimes works but may need recoding from somewhere like this .
