Rear suspension nearside noise

Wondering how these rubber bushes are replaced in this suspension, when the sleeve of these bushes are made of some plastic material. Any ideas would be most appreciated. They can easily be removed; however without the confidence of pressing the new one in-- a bit hesitant to go ahead, fearing the sleeve may crumble under pressure. Can it be DIY or are they factory fitted. Thank you Ahmud
