2005 Fiat Punto indicator flashing rapidly

When I indicate left or right everything is fine but as soon as I touch the brake pedal the lights flash fast I was told it was probably an earth problem with the rear clusters I bought 2 replacement clusters replaced all bulbs cleaned with contact cleaner and still exacly the same Gutted isn't the word As soon as I touch that brake I get a warning light come up but only when I indicate please help someone

First make sure you have the correct brake light bulb fitted,
there's more than on type.
And if fitted check the high level brake light.
usually in the rear screen/door.
