Not good,
You will have to find a tech with a glow plug removal tool kit.
I'd suggest your local diesel specialist,
otherwise the cylinder head will have to be removed,
a lot more expensive.

if you haven't already try soaking around the base of the plug with wd40 or even some diesel let it soak for a bit then try again.
