2001 Fiat Punto glugging noise

My car has started to make a 'glugging noise' when it is started. It doesn't last for that long. But when manoevring it, in reverse or first gear, at the beginning of a journey it will happen a few times.
I don't know whether its because I can hear it now, and am listening out for it, but I think it maybe getting worse.
There doesn't appear to be anything else wrong with the car. But this strange noise is concerning. Does it mean there is something wrong with the car?
