if i put a used ecu and body control unit with keys locks will this solve my problem with no starting as it costing me to much ecu been sent away told its ok but still no start

Im no car mechanic but I am an engineer - electrical n mechanical - more info please - have you checked the voltage to ignition? etc - starter motor? you need to be more comprehensive in your description of the issues for us to help
