2005 Fiat Punto idle problem weird noise high fuel consumption with recording

I have a fiat punto 1.2 2005 8v model yeah it is my first car but since a month or so now i have this problem where if the car is on idle the revs drop and bounce back up and the car makes a weird noise. and i think its due to this that my fuel economy has been halfed =S
ive changed the throttle body and ignition leads as i heard they were pretty common.
any ideas plz?

Is it misfiring,possible coil pack,any codes logged to help you?

Check trimming is correct.

Check for air , vac hoses / pips leaking and timing is correct and hasn't jumped .
