2003 Fiat Punto no bottom gears 2nd 4th and reverse

Cars just randomly stopped working! I can select first gear but when i try to select 2nd its like it doesnt exist theres nothing to put it in the space where 2 nd should be feels empty. I can go from 1st to 3rd but then no fourth basicly all the gears on the bottom have dissapeared! Not a happy bunny please help

Check gear linkage.

Should have said gear linkage cables .
