engine management light came on about a week ago,i think its the turbo that has gone due to lack of power was advised that i could keep driving but now car wont start and diplay says engine coolant to high, have checked this and all seems o.k any ideas?

Guess you just have to start from scratch and check if it,s getting fuel ,spark ,compression.to see wat the cause of none starting is .they are prone to head issues.
