Only joking. It depends on how much water is in the tank, does the engine still run? If there is only a small amount of water, try and dilute it by filling the tank full of fuel then just drive to burn it all off (you may experience juddering etc) so... I'd recommend the tank to be removed, emptied and cleaned.
