Loses power and lights come on????

Twice now in the last week, once when coming down a hill and another when on a roundabout my car has lost power, the power steering goes and the oil and battery lights come on. I have had the car a while and this has just started to happen. It has had in the last 10 months a new battery, alternator, clutch, drive belt (alternator), exhaust and oil! Does anyone know what the problem could be please.

if engine stops pas is lost batt and oil lights do come on so
does it cut out when using accelorator or at idle(no gas pedal applyed?
