my wing mirror is hanging of does it just pop back in ?

Possibly, you need to check to see if the ball and socket are damaged.
If you need a mirror, remove the panel behind the mirror and a big plastic nut holds it on.
You don't have to buy a genuine, after markets products are generally available through factors or eBay.
