2006 Fiat Doblo heater fan not working

the fan for the heater isn't working in any position, I've checked the fuses inside the car and under the bonnet, no blown ones. the air con is working and the heater still gets warm just wont blow! any ideas?

Could be heater ballast resistor or motor . Resistor quite common ,could also check this ,

check for voltage to motor as the fan will work on full speed even if the balast is burnt out so it wont be resistor pack
