2006 Fiat Doblo how to change the thermostat

Once my 2006 Doblol 1.4 engine does app.35 miles in winter management light comes on ,temperature gage stops working but comes back on after a few miles in summer this happens after 70 miles ,Managent light stays on for a day of so.I suspect thermostat .

Wouldn't have thought it was a sticking thermostat from what you say but if you want to change it , here are pictures of the 1.4 engine in a Bravo which may be the same and a simple job

Thanks you same engine I believe,reading about the problem it could well be the Sensor I will get it out and get a new one.Thanks again much appreciated.
