2016 Fiat 500 my gears have always been stiff but i could`nt get it to gear to get home had to get breakdown to take it to garage

In these vehicles, the clutch diaphragm spring could break and fail and the driver might not be able to switch gears or the car could lose power. Whether your car was one of them affected or recalled I cant say only dealership have that info
