Loss of power during acceleration, splutters

2000 Fiat 500 1.2 Brava
Car: Fiat 500
Year: 2000
Variant: 1.2 Brava
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
When stopped the car idles fine. Upon accelerating the car splutters and jerks intermittently. It seems to stop when travelling at higher speeds but then returns once acceleration is needed again at lower speeds. It feels like some sort of fuel blockage problem but I can't be sure?

Hi, Could be a fuel blockage, have you changed/cleaned the fuel filter? Could be the air mass sensor? Spark plug leads? Plugs?

Coils are very common on these vehicles but also ecu's fail giving intermittant or no coil triggers
