1913 Citroen DS5 screen goes blank and nothing works

The screen comes on ok but after a few minutes messages come up on it like ‘insert cd’ and then I lose everything.

On some cars , rebooting the system by disconnecting battery terminal for a few mins sometimes clears fault but often faulty unit
