May be faulty screen . Common fault which often results in a very expensive solution .Diagnosing through Citroen is also an expensive cost , possibly £100 .

Here is an example
" I took it to Citroen today and paid £75 for a diagnostic for them to tell me it needs replacing which costs £1000+. "
You could contact any ICE ( IN CAR ENTERTAINMENT ) centre / car audio specialists and ask if any alternative or possible repair rather than have that on cost

Thank you very much for your help
I will check around some local Ice specialists
Only want to sort it to sell the car
Wasn't sure whether to get it done or drop asking price
Once again thanks for responding
