2012 Citroen DS5 beep sound coming from inside car

I have an intermittent beep sound from somewhere inside car. Thought it maybe my battery in key but it isn’t. No warning on dashboard. Does anyone have any idea what to check? Thanks

Could be many things , check coolant level , open and close all doors / tailgate , check brake fluid level . On some cars the number of beeps lets you identify what is triggering it with list of codes
