Citroen DS3 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve (EGR) Problems

Problems mentioning the Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve (EGR) on the Citroen DS3

Engine started then shut down.

Started the engine on my DS3 (2013) engine ran for approx 3 mins then everything shut down with no warning. Engine will not restart everything on the dash is totally blank. Wipers & lights stay on but will not turn off.

Reversing light not coming on when reverse engaged...also has brand new bulb

When reverse is engaged the reverse light is not coming on even after having bulb changed. Would the fuse need changing?...and which fuse actually is it?
