Totally no power

Car: Citroen DS3
Year: 2012
Variant: 1.6hdi Airdream

Car warning lights started to flash on and off. Lost power completely but front wipers still worked for a short period even when on off position.

From what you say it looks like battery failure or / and alternator not charging . Check battery voltage or try charging or jump starting .
