Radio display screen blank and service light on

The radio display screen is blank but the radio still comes on and my phone is connecting ok. The service light is also coming in and staying on even though it had a service in September

If the car is used little and for short journeys , it's possible it may be caused by low car battery . You could try resetting the service light ,
