2014 Citroen DS3 ecu not communicating

Car: Citroen DS3
Year: 2014
Variant: 155 THP
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
HI, I went to the Citroen dealer to get a second key and they could not connect their computer with my ecu to programme the key. I was told that it might be a lose wire. I am thinking of sending my ecu to be repaired by ecotechnologies as on their web site they say that can repair them. My ecu is a Bosch 0261 S07 698 MED 17.4.2. does anybody have any other ideas? I have tried to find a second hand but that has been a success. If it is not exactly the same I will have to change keys and then pair it up to the BSI from what I understand.

Cars running?
then the ECU's fine,
Citroen is most likely right and it's a wiring fault.
Get an auto spark in to look at it,

Why not let them fix it ? their " spark " may have came across it before and be wise on the problem .

Keys are learnt via the BSi not engine ECU
