Citroen C4 Brake Light Switch Problems

I have replace new brake light switch but wont work. Third stoplamp is working. I had replace new bulb and fuses is ok. I need your help what others way the problem? thanks!

I have 3 lights on dash,service,faulty handbrake and esp.the hand brake works ok manually but the hill start and operating on switch of does not.if engine is turned off the brake releases on start as should.Any suggestions,

a piece of equipment by the fuses on passenger side under the dash came apart 2 springs and a metal connection was found on the car floor I had it put back together but I still have the above problem.
