Steering beginning to feel heavy. No warning lights on. Steering does not return to default position on turning. Groaning sound from steering column. New battery just fitted.

rear 12v socket not working. I cannot locate the fuse, I have replaced the fuses for the front and boot sockets as per owners hand book but I can't locate the fue for the rear seat one.

a piece of equipment by the fuses on passenger side under the dash came apart 2 springs and a metal connection was found on the car floor I had it put back together but I still have the above problem.
