My Citroen C4 just got a clutch kit change including a clutch fork and thrust bearing, now it won't select any gear.

when accelerating from stop loud bang noise and then complete loss of drive. replaced gearbox as this seemed to be the problem. computer test shows normal operation gearbox both oil pressure and gear changing but still no drive to wheels?
