2005 Citroen C4 car jerking , missing when driving along

when driving the car it like there is something holding it back , missing jerking i.m stuck i,v changed the fuel filter and the particular filter in the exhaust topped up the eloyes and it still happening can anyone help??

i suspect an air leak of some description. having said that, it could be EGR valve related. first thig i would do is have it plugged in and check for fault codes.
