New battery fitted 3 days ago, car now won't start, doesn't crank at all, car was struggling to start and was clunk noise when it eventually did, when running is smooth with no other issue's.

If it started with new battery , first thing to check would be the battery voltage now , Possible some fault could have drained it , if so , check alternator charging rate
