2021 Citroen C4 citroen c4 gearbox fault and engine fault

I was driving and suddenly two errors occured. One is gearbox fault and engine fault (Spanner symbol comes out). But i tried to change thr transmission from P, R, N, D, and even manual mode everything was fine. The car is Citroen C4. Please help me

I tried resetting the light already but thr problem is still the same and the spanner is still there. Any other advice?

You will need to get it scanned for fault codes to see what is triggering the light
