2006 Citroen C4 car won't start "economy mode"

also loud alarm starts when i turn the ignition key, car has not been started for two weeks

Probably just a flat battery , either jump start and give car a GOOD run to boost battery or charge battery . Dependent on how old battery is , might be worth testing and replacing if needed
