Ad blue pump failure again-was replaced under warranty 20 months ago. Now car out of warranty

Get back on to dealership , shouldn't happen twice in that space of time after being replaced . Ask for reason of failure once more and for Citroen to replace again F.O.C . If not getting any help , get on to Citroen direct and put your case to them for resolving .

Have requested replacement from Citroen- I’m sure mine is not the only car with this problem. No phone number available - so frustrating dealing through email only.
