It drives but going through gears it makes a rattling noise it does not do it in 3rd gear

Going through gears it makes like a ratling noise like stoness in a container rolling round it doesnt do it in 3rd gear and reverse

Without hearing the noise , hard to sat , especially with the strange parameters the noise is occurring . Could check for any loose heat shields on engine . exhaust .
