Engine cuts out without warning. C4 grand Picasso 2008 1.6 TD.

Driving along while car still warming up. About 5 minutes or so after cold start. Engine cuts out without warning.
4 warning messages:
Oil pressure
ESP/asr system fault
Anti-pollution system fault
Parking brake fault.
Car will not start unless key is removed from the ignition and reinserted.
The problem with this is that removing and reinserting the ignition key clears the faults so unless I leave the car on the side of the road, a mechanic does not have any specific fault codes.

If the engine malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) is lit , fault codes are usually stored in the engine control module (ECM) fault memory and can be retrieved with suitable scanner .
