Engine and gearbox show normal operation but no drive to wheels

when accelerating from stop loud bang noise and then complete loss of drive. replaced gearbox as this seemed to be the problem. computer test shows normal operation gearbox both oil pressure and gear changing but still no drive to wheels?

Get it plugged into "Lexia" diagnostics at Citroen or a specialist and read the codes from there.
French car just don't communicate accurately with ANY other diagnostics.
