Hazard lights work stereo don't

What's the hazard lights got to do with the radio not working ? Have you checked for power to set ?

The hazard lights is next to the volume button and the on off button don't work I have change the fuses and I can't change the time date it just flashes on the screen

If it's flashing you must have power . See if this applies to your vehicle .

Unfortunately no steering wheel controller doesn't work either

Is there any other way to reset the stereo or is there a way like magic buttons to press
