Car feels rocking

when driving the car any slight bump in the road it sometimes feels like the rear end is boating /swerving and there is a clunking sound also when going over bumps etc coming from the NS front wheel area no abnormal wear on tyres either

You will need to check out steering , shocks , springs , susp mounts , wheel bearings for wear .
