Radio and SAT Nav keep cutting out then restarting. I've tried the latest upgrade without success . Battery is fully charged. Help!

A suggested solution I have heard was to not use BBC stations / tuning the radio to FM .Cant vouch for it but a common fault on that year especially , apparently
